Use of this page acknowledges understanding and acceptance of all Terms & Conditions as they pertain to the Texas Antique Mall (TAM)  and Texas Antique Mall Store hereinafter referred to as TAMS. If there is any doubt or concern regarding any policies or terms of service, then the sole solution is to discontinue use of the page.


Note: We only ship to US postal addresses.

All orders placed with the TAMS qualify for Free Shipping.  No item(s) purchased from the Texas Antique Mall website qualify for free shipping unless so stated; and no items ordered from the TAM website shall be combined with any item(s) ordered from the TAMS to qualify for Free Shipping even if orders are to same shipping address. 

It is the sole discretion of TAMS to decide how each order will be packaged and shipped; with or without insurance. Each order will be shipped the most cost effective way based on content, weight and destination as it relates to the USPS current postage rates and regulations. While TAMS will endeavor to ship so as to take advantage of the fastest delivery possible, there will be times when items will be shipped at a lower cost mail service which may result in a longer delivery time. This type of shipping may include but is not limited to books, magazines, CD's and/or other media but is not be limited to Media Mail items only.

 Items may or may not be insured based on the decision of TAMS.  Not all items will be shipped insured nor is the TAMS required to insure all orders shipped. To determine if your order will be shipped isured, send us an email at before placing the order.   Postal Insurance can be requested for item(s) shipped by the Buyer at actual insurance cost which will be added to the total cost of the order.  If Buyer elects to purchase postal insurance, the cost of the order plus additional insurance cost must be paid in full and received by TAMS before the item will be shipped.

Expedited shipping may be available for certain orders at an additional cost to the buyer. For information on availability and cost of expedited shipping, email us to inquire if available for your order before placing the order. If an order is placed and expedited shipping is requested afterward placing the order, the cost associated with the  postage due for the expedited shipping must be paid in full and received by TAMS before any item(s) will ship.  Item must qualify for expedited shipping. 

No order will be split to be shipped to more than one address.

While the goal of the Texas Antique Mall Store is to provide accurate information concerning items offered for sale and to provide excellent service to our customers, we are not experts in any field and all measurements while as accurate as possible should be considered approximate.   Therefore, if you have any questions, need additional pictures or have concerns about the condition of an item(s), email us for more information.  Make sure you include the item number, the specific information you are requesting and any other information to help us identify the item in question.  

Items offered for sale that are offered 'as-is' are NON-RETURNABLE.  Sales of these items are 'ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES" 

TAMS also reserves the right to refuse service or sale(s) to anyone for any reason; the decision being at the sole discretion of TAMS.

Payment is to be made through PayPal, by Personal Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order.  Items will be shipping once payment has been confirmed.  For Personal Checks allow an additional 7-10 days for check to clear before item is shipped.   

NOTE:  For items purchased by Personal Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check, payment MUST be made within 7  days; otherwise,  the order will be cancelled and items returned to inventory.  


TAMS does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess or carry specific items offered through this website accordfing to federal, state or local laws.  These items include but are not limited to antique guns, air guns, pellet guns, slingshots, game calls and knives.  Anyone placing an order for such an item from this website warrants that he or she is an adult and is not under any legal restrictions that might prohibit said person from ordering, possessing, owning or trnasferring these items under the applicable federal, state, or local law.  Additionally, the aforementioned items cannot be sold to minors, convicted felons, those convicted or a misdemeanor crime or domestic abuse or those chemically dependent. 

TAMS also may cancel or refuse any order of any of the aforementioned items if shipping address is located in but not limited to Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Tennessee (TN), California (CA) (Marin, Napa, Ventura, Yolo Counties), Florida (FL) (Miami-Dade, Sarasota Counties), Illinois (Peoria), Alabama (AL).

Submitting an order containing one or more of the aforementioned items, Buyer confirms he or she is not in one of the restricted areas , and that he or she may make a legal purchase.  


Exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receipt of item.

The Item MUST be returned within 5 days after notificaiton.

The Item must be returned in the SAME or similar fashion as it was shipped, i.e., if the item was shipped via Priority Mail with bubble wrap, then that is how it must be returned.

The Item MUST be returned in the original condiiton.

ALL returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

NOTE:  If an item is damaged in transit, contact us immediately.  Please tgake photos of the item and the packaging and KEEP the item, together with the box and ALL packing materials, and contact me immediately.  A postal inspector may request to see the item.  If I make an insurance claim.  We will require you help before refunding.

All items must have a RA (Return Authorization) Number issued by TAMS. Call us at 1-903-536-2777 to obtain an RA  number. Give your name, order or invoice number, telephone number, and date on the answering machine. We will return your call with your RA number.  An RA number may also be obtained by sending  an email. Be sure to include your name, order/invoice number,  item, telephone number and date.

All items must be returned insured for the amount of the purchase.

All returned  items must include all parts, accessories and accompanying paper work.

You will be asked to ship the item to Texas Antique Mall, P.O. Box 1008, Centerville, TX 75833.

On receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund minus the actual postage cost paid by TAMS to ship the item(s) and any associated PayPal fees. If refund is made through PayPal the Buyer understands and acknowledges that there may be a PayPal fee associated with the transaction and charged to their PayPal account.  Buyer understands and accepts that this transaction fee is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Note:  It is the responsibility of the Buyer to insure any returned item(s).  The TAMS is not liable or responsible for service provided by the US Post Office, Federal Express or UPS or any other service provider, as such, no refund of any kind  will be made on any returned item that is not returned and received in the same condition, complete with any and all associated parts; or any item(s) that are  perceived or thought to have been lost or damaged by the Post Office during transit.   It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ship returned items safely and insured at their own cost. 


Buyer understands and acknowledges that all items offered for sale in the TAMS are from the secondary market and have been used. This means they have been previously owned and as such may show normal aging - this may include surface scratches, tears, dents, dings, chips, aging of paper, oxidation, or patina, - repair, use and wear. If you would like additional pictures, please send an email.

All items sold - indcluding toys - are for the adult collector only and not intended to be suitable items for any child under the age of eighteen (18).   

Some items may be described as 'Native American Style' - this is not to imply that they are actual Native American pieces nor have they been made by or affiliated with any particular tribe, arts and crafts organization but are rather in the style-of only.
